This program is intended to serve those who are homebound, due to medical conditions, and have no one to assist them with meal preparation. All of our meals are made on site and are nutritionally balanced. We use fresh fruits and vegetables when ever possible and take dietary restrictions into considerations when preparing the meals. Meals can be delivered up to five days a week, Lunch and Dinner or just one meal a day if preferred. Each meal is available at a cost of $4.00 per meal. Hope’s Café is open every Friday from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm. Lunch is served free of charge and everyone is welcome. All of the meals served at the Café are prepared at the Ray of Hope and served by staff and volunteers. Each week there is a different menu so that customers can come time and time again to enjoy a meal with friends. Above all, this is a place where the community can come together, regardless of their situations.

Ruff Life RAAP works in association with the Ray of Hope Mission Center in Port Deposit, MD to provide a pet food bank two times per month. We offer FREE dog, cat food, litter and pet supplies.
We believe that no one should have to give up a family member due to lack of finances. In exchange for food assistance, we require our clients to spay/neuter/vaccinate their pets.
No exceptions.
No excuses.
